By purchasing our subscription boxes, you agree to the following refund and return policy.

All sales of subscription boxes are final. By purchasing a subscription box from GameLootBox.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds and returns.
2. No Refunds for Surprises
- Random Selection: All game codes are selected randomly and can be from any game. There are no guarantees that the game codes provided will be from the list of games displayed on our website or any game of your choice.
- Already Owned Games: No refunds will be issued if you receive game codes for titles that you already own. Customers understand and accept that these subscription boxes are designed to be a surprise.
3. Defective Game Codes
- Working Condition Guarantee: All game codes delivered in our subscription boxes are guaranteed to be in working condition.
- Refund Eligibility: If you receive a game code that is not working as intended, you may request another key or a refund. To be eligible for a refund in this case, you must provide proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots or descriptions of the problem) within 14 days of receiving your subscription box.
4. Refund Process
- Request Submission: To initiate a refund request for a defective game code, please contact our customer support at GameLootBox@hotmail.com with your order details and proof of the issue.
- Response Time: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund request is approved, another code replacement will be made within 7-10 business days.
- Refund or replacement: If one of the keys does not work we will offer a replacement. If none of the keys work, we will offer you a full refund.ย

7. Dispute Resolution Process
a. Requirement to Contact Support First: Before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim with your payment provider, you must contact OUR EMAIL at Support@PawsPromise.com or GameLootBox@hotmail.comย to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Proof of Contact: If you do not receive a response from our support team within seven (7) business days, you must provide documented proof that:
- You have sent a support request to GameLootBox@hotmail.com.
- You have not received a reply from our team within the specified time frame.
This proof must include, but is not limited to, email timestamps and any other relevant correspondence details showing you have attempted to resolve the issue in good faith.
b. Automatic Fraudulent Designation for Unauthorized Disputes: If a User opens a dispute, chargeback, or claim without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team and providing documented proof of doing so, the dispute will automatically be considered fraudulent. By using our website and purchasing our products, you fully agree to these terms.
In such cases:
- The Userโs account and IP address may be suspended or terminated.
- The User agrees to forfeit any rights to refunds, credits, or compensation.
8. Dispute Resolution
a. Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of these TOS or the Services provided by GameLootBox.com, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our support team at GameLootBox@hotmail.com orย Support@PawsPromise.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within thirty (30) days.
b. Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the User agrees to submit the dispute.
Arbitration Rules:
- The decision will be final and binding on both parties.
- The User waives their right to participate in any form of class or collective litigation or arbitration.
- The arbitrator is not authorized to award punitive damages, indirect damages, or non-economic damages.
c. Legal Costs: The User agrees to bear their own legal fees. GameLootBox.com shall not be responsible for any costs associated with arbitration except those mandated by law.
d. Fraudulent Disputes: We has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent disputes. Any attempt to initiate a dispute without legitimate cause, especially if suspected of being filed fraudulently or in bad faith, will result in an investigation and may involve legal consequences. The User agrees to cooperate fully in any investigation related to a fraudulent dispute.
9. Fraud Prevention and Accountability
We take fraudulent claims and disputes seriously. If a User files a chargeback, dispute, or claim without reasonable justification (i.e., in cases where no service failure has occurred, or the issue is fabricated), Weย reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the account and IP address.
- User cannot open a dispute without contacting our support first. Proof needs to be sent out that the user have indeed sent out a message and he got no replay from our support, then he is eligible to open a dispute.
- Investigate the matter thoroughly, including involving third-party agencies or law enforcement if necessary.
- Recover any and all legal fees, chargeback costs, and other damages incurred as a result of the fraudulent activity.
By agreeing to these TOS, the User acknowledges and agrees that fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will lead to accountability under applicable laws. We reserves the right to take legal action to recover damages.
